Services - Skilled Nursing

  • Round the clock medical supervision by nurses and other health professionals

  • Monitor vital signs and chronic conditions such as heart, kidney or respiratory diseases

  • Speech therapy for treatment for communication challenges and swallowing disorders, including alternative communication strategies and diet recommendations

  • Social Services including counseling, discharge planning and connection to community resources

  • Medical equipment and supplies necessary for ongoing care
