Dementia Program Director

Brenda has had a passion for our ageing population since growing up with her great-grandparents in her home. She has been in service to elders and their families for almost 30 years. Brenda began first as a nursing assistant, then as a Program Director in Adult Day Health for almost 20 years. She became our Memory Care Director almost 8 years ago and has subsequently become a Certified Dementia Practitioner as well as a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional. Brenda is an Alzheimer's Association volunteer hosting a monthly Caregiver Support Group as well as being team captain for our Alzheimer's Walk Team. In her free time Brenda enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and especially cherishes time spent with her granddaughter.
